Proposed Revisions

Our Bylaws Task Force has been working for the past year meeting every week to draft our new Governance Documents. The task force members are: Jeannette Currie, MD, Maureen Disbot, RN, Margaret McEvoy, MD, Alan Garfiield, MD, Greg Houghton, MD, Robert James, MD, Chad Krilich, MD, Paul McAdams, MD, Jan Sonander, MD, Ed West, MD, Rick Wilber, MD and Pat Busbey, CPMSM.

Documents that are completed are posted here for your review. If you wish to submit comments regarding documents pending final approval, please email Rick Wilber, MD, Bylaws Committee Chair and Margaret McEvoy, MD, Chief of Staff, no later than June 8, 2018.

Work continues on the Rules & Regs, Physician Health Policy, and Financial Policy. As completed, these will be posted for comment.
