Our Bylaws Task Force has been working for the past year meeting every
week to draft our new Governance Documents. The task force members are:

Documents that are completed are posted here for your review. If you wish to
submit comments regarding documents pending final approval, please
email Rick Wilber, MD, Bylaws Committee Chair and Ed West, MD, Chief of Staff,
no later than
July 10, 2018.
