Our Bylaws Task Force has been working for the past year meeting every
week to draft our new Governance Documents. The task force members are:

MD, Greg Houghton, MD, Robert James, MD, Chad Krilich, MD, Paul McAdams,
MD, Jan Sonander, MD, Ed West, MD, Rick Wilber, MD and Pat Busbey, CPMSM.
The first documents completed are posted here for your review. If you wish
to submit comments regarding these documents, please email
Rick Wilber, MD, Bylaws Committee Chair. These will be presented and discussed at the
November 14th Quarterly Medical Staff Meeting. Please plan to attend.
THe final count for dinner will be submitted on November 10th, so please
R.S.V.P. as soon as possible.
Work continues on the Organization Manual, Rules & Regs, Credentialing
Policy as well as other policies to support these documents. As completed,
these will be posted for comment.
