Two Outpatient Services Receive 5 Star Awards, Rank in the
Top 10% for Overall Quality of Care
Santa Rosa, Calif. (May 12, 2017) – St. Joseph Health, Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient
Wound Care clinic and the Outpatient Physical Therapy office on Dutton
Avenue were recently recognized with
Excellence in Healthcare Awards for being in the top 10% in overall quality of care.
Given by national healthcare research leader
Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC), these awards are based on the percentage of patients who rated the outpatient
service lines as “Excellent” for the overall quality of care
question. Both the Outpatient Wound Care clinic and the Outpatient Physical
Therapy office on Dutton Avenue received a 5 Star Award for ranking in
the top 10% in overall quality of care in calendar year 2016.
