Community Outreach

Community Benefit

St. Joseph Health Sonoma County believes strongly in supporting the community; this is because we believe that it should be our goal not only to meet the health needs of our individual patients, but to also help the neighborhood around us. As a values-based organization, we strive to uphold the core values that we have set out for ourselves. These include Dignity, Service, Excellence and Justice.

2016 SJH Community Partnerships Annual Report

We are excited to share with you the 2016 SJH Community Partnerships Annual Report: Serving the Dear Neighbor, A Legacy of Caring. This report describes some of the many ways St. Joseph Health seeks to improve the wellbeing of our communities, not only through care for the poor and traditional charity care, but through grant initiatives from the SJH Community Partnerships Fund that support nonprofit organizations working for the common good. 2016 also marks the 30th anniversary of the Community Partnerships Fund, which has provided more than $216.5 million in grant funding since its inception in 1986.
