Dr. Gonzalez is the best gynecologist that I have ever had.
I just moved to * from * and visited Dr. Gonzales for a new patient consultation. She was great and will definitely go back to her when it's time for my Pap.
I recently relocated to * and I have not been impressed with my experiences with this office. No one called me to confirm my first appointment, and when I politely let the front office know about that, they were pretty rude. I have only met with Dr. Gonzalez, and although she is pleasant to speak with, she doesn't proactively offer any information that would be helpful to a new patient. I feel like I'm just wracking my brain to try to make sure I ask everything I need to, and I get very short answers and no additional information. For example, I had NO IDEA it was advised to see all the different providers since I won't know who is on-call during my labor and delivery. That information would have been very nice to know so I could schedule that way from the beginning. That information was never shared until I specifically asked about it. That should be basic, first appointment stuff. So, when I tried to schedule my next appointment (34 weeks) with a different provider, I couldn't get in with her. Had I known this information from the start that wouldn't have been the case. Also, when I mentioned I wanted to try for a VBAC, I was immediately handed a consent form rather than having a discussion about how to be successful/what her approach is, etc.
Provider made me feel comfortable and was reassuring all throughout the visit.
    Very good.
