    Biography

Dr. Richard Keller is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Santa Rosa, California. He graduated with honors from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School Of Medicine in 2004 and has more than 13 years’ experience in the field of medicine.

Dr. Keller is accepting new patients. He is available for appointments, preventative care, medical care as well as ongoing patient care.

Dr. Keller moved from San Diego, CA to the community of Santa Rosa for the “relatively slow pace of life, the warm and welcoming citizens, the beautiful scenery and the plethora of opportunities for recreation and exploration.” Dr. Keller believes one of the most important aspects to the physician / patient relationship is establishing mutual expectations, goals and boundaries of management and treatment.

What makes Dr. Keller unique as a doctor is a combination of an “old fashioned patient-centered approach (e.g., a friendly bedside manner, thorough counseling in layman's terms) with an interest in academic medicine." Dr. Keller is both conservative and aggressive as appropriate to achieve positive and durable long-term clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.”

“I am a patient myself. I communicate and manage my patients exactly as I would want my own physician to communicate and manage myself and my family members: with compassion, clarity, and thoroughness.” ~Dr. Keller

dr Keller never makes me feel rushed. he always asks if I'm willing to go along with the treatment plan and that makes me feel like he both wants me to get well and wants me to be part of the decision making "team." dr Keller is always respectful of me.
