Doctor and staff were personable. Time spent enough although felt slightly hurried by all
The doctor seemed to be in a hurry & did not give the attention I expected to understand what was dealing with. I asked for x-rays on a certain part & it was not what the doctor placed on the form & up to now they have not called me to give me the results.
The Dr is okay. I don't feel we click. There is no other Dr available right? I have to stay put. He is nice enough. I'm not sure if I feel he gets things when I'm talking but he is fine. I go to my surgeon at UCSF and if I have any real concerns I ask my Dr there. I think what I don't understand is how UCSF being as large as it is and Napa being charged the size can have a hospital and medical facilities so disconnected. It started at the front door. Your employees should be saying "we are the best place in town come on in! " That has never been the case. I cant help but compare the two. UCSF is more compassionate, professional from the minute you want in to the minute you leave. Every employee has a happy outlook. Napa needs to work on that.
    Everything was great
