Very easy to talk to. Very kind.
    All very good thanks.
Dr Novak is always very friendly and helpful. He was able to understand the problem (anemia from severe nosebleeds) for which I had been in hospital for 6 days before seeing him; non of the hospital personnel understood. Dr Novak sent me to an ENT doctor, who fixed the problem. Dr Novak has an extremely full schedule so he does not get to spend as much time with each patient as I know he would prefer.
Still don't have my medication. It wasn't called in that evening. Called back the next day and it still isn't called in.
The dr was running so far behind , he was rushing me , probably got 5 minutes with him after waiting over an hour! My time is just as important, but didn't feel that way!
